WHAT IS FILM DIRECTION?

                Film Direction is primarily bringing out right emotions from the artist ,on a correct proportion needed for a script,needed for a story.This is not an easy job.One can cry but how long....how lowder...how deeper..He should decide and catch it from the actors.The film director’s primary task is to interpret the screenplay and translate it visually.We can write anything on paper but to bring it in images is a tough job.Those who are watching the movie should feel the same emotions conveyed on screen.He is the story teller.He should engage the audience in his story for a few hours without any diversions.Their lies his success.He should be able to catch the audience pulse.Director is said to be the captain of the ship as everyone knows that,it really means a lot.He is solely responsible for the Final outcome of the project and everything sits on his shoulders right from Conceiving the script , Pre Production,Production[Shooting the movie,bringing out thr right emotions],Post Production and Finishing the movie at a fixed time and Making it available for Distribution.

              The director must be a tyrant and a democrat, a dreamer and a realist, a rebel and a loyalist. He has to give orders and follow them. He has to demand and obey. He has to be the most snobbish and most sociable person on set. He is the manager, the judge, the president. A friend.
